Prior to CellArch being formed, MicroCell Software, Inc., was found in 1996 as a niche Network Management Solutions provider to large carrier-grade telecom & networking companies. MicroCell subsequently got acquired by BMC Software, Inc., which is a Fortune 1000 company, in 2001.
